As well as being able to control the speed manually, there are 4 pre-set speeds of "Walk, Jog, Run & Sprint". On top of this, the treadmill comes with 3 settings for specific training regimes (Interval, Cardio and Weight Loss). The machine folds conveniently for storage which makes it perfect for those who don't want a bulky treadmill taking up too much room in the house.
